- Take a large mixing bowl and add Ragi flour, Rice flour and Semolina.
- Add water gradually to make a smooth and lump-free batter. The consistency of the batter should be slightly thicker than the regular dosa batter.
- Next, add chopped onions, green chillies, grated ginger, asafoetida, cumin seeds, finely chopped curry leaves, and coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Add salt to taste and mix well.
- Heat a tawa or a griddle and grease it with some oil.
- Pour a ladleful of batter on the tawa and spread it in a circular motion to form a dosa.
- Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook on medium flame until the dosa turns golden brown and crispy.
- Flip the dosa and cook for a few seconds on the other side. Repeat the process for the remaining batter.
